It shouldn’t be difficult to get a business license, and you shouldn’t need to hire a lawyer to guide you through the process, or spend hours waiting to be served at City Hall. When entrepreneurs develop new types of businesses, city regulations should encourage their growth through logical, but not excessive, regulation.
