Innovation and technology processes in micro and small business

The purpose was to analyze innovation in a micro and small business (MSB) metallic frames manufacturing process located in the Campinas Metropolitan Region. Based on the collected primary data of its productive processes was to analyze the innovation and applied technology in the context of a sustainable productive chain. Thus, in the methodological approach, a data collection instrument was an interview script in 81 MSB targeted on multiple case studies (structured interviews and data collection available on the website).
