Every where you turn, gurus and experts are telling you to fail fast and learn from your failures, but the truth is that you can't be successful with failures. You become successful by winning. Are you going to hit a home run with every business, every promotion, every product line? Of course not. But the goal shouldn't be to fail fast and pivot, but to do everything you can to win out of the gates. Business isn't about 8th place trophies, it's about growing revenue.
