Thryv Collaborates with Mastercard to Help Small Businesses Transform Digitally

Thryv Holdings, Inc., the provider of Thryv® software, the end-to-end customer service platform for rising small businesses, announced a global alliance with Mastercard today. Thryv has also joined the Mastercard Digital Doors program and is co-sponsoring a small business digital education series to help owners better manage and expand their businesses.

As companies of all sizes continue to feel the effects of the global pandemic, Thryv and Mastercard are contributing their joint efforts and capabilities to ensure that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have access to the digital tools and educational resources they need to adapt and expand.

Mastercard's collaboration with Thryv is part of the company's commitment to put 1 billion people and 50 million micro and small businesses online by 2025.

Thryv will engage in the Mastercard Digital Doors program, which was launched in 2020 with the aim of providing small business owners with an always-on resource. The program provides insights, tools, solutions, and advice to assist small businesses in setting up shop online, accepting payments, growing, and staying secure in today's new normal. Thryv will make its platform available on Digital Doors to assist small businesses in expanding their online footprint and better managing operations.

On June 9, 2021, the companies will also begin a three-part education webinar series aimed at assisting small businesses in expanding their knowledge and skills around topics such as obtaining safe capital, mastering digital payments, and learning how cyber can protect their business. Special guests from Lendio and Raistone Capital, as well as executives from Thryv and Mastercard, will feature in the series.

These efforts follow Thryv's development of many important solutions and product improvements to assist small businesses in managing and maintaining cash flow during the pandemic. ThryvPayTM, a payment processing service designed exclusively for service-driven small businesses, was introduced late last year to give them more options and control. Using ThryvPay ensures that businesses have safe, contactless payment interactions with their customers while also allowing them to manage payment processing fees with no surprises.

Thryv has also recently collaborated with Lendio to gain access to important funding, which has typically been a challenge for small businesses. Thryv subscribers can conveniently connect with the Lendio application for access to standard business financing and government-sponsored stimulus programs via Thryv's App Market.
