HSBC Small Business Banking helps entrepreneurs accelerate their businesses at Toronto meet-up

HSBC Small Business Banking was there to offer help at a Nov. 28 event it sponsored in Toronto, featuring Dragons’ Den star Lane Merrifield and entrepreneur and technology trend guru Amber Mac. Merrifield is a successful entrepreneur and co-creator of Club Penguin, the world’s largest children’s social network. After its sale to the Walt Disney Company, he became one of its youngest executive vice-presidents ever. He also founded Wheelhouse Ventures, a group that invests in tech companies and helps small start-ups to grow.
