Breaking News: Chamber honors Small Business Award winner

Mostly Serious LLC this afternoon received the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2018 W. Curtis Strube Small Business Award.Mostly Serious creates custom websites and digital marketing plans and recently began offering video services. The agency has 29 clients, including CoxHealth, Community Foundation of the Ozarks, Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. and Holloway America, which was its first client.“It was hard to imagine this moment nine years ago when we started the company,” President Jarad Johnson said after receiving the award. “I’m just as surprised as you are. We are immensely proud and honored to share this award."Johnson founded the custom web development and digital marketing firm from a spare bedroom in his Rountree home in 2010. He’s since grown Mostly Serious to 12 full-time employees and one contract worker that operate out of a 4,500-square-foot office in Galloway Village.
