Everyone can reach a breaking point at some point. It can be easy to feel like we are going around in circles, and work can become all-consuming which can have an impact on our family life, general well-being, and our performance. The first 15 years of my career were spent in financial services, progressing quickly into senior roles; however, I was surrounded by individuals who put work first. I initially followed the same path. I set up the Katalyst Coach, as I was broken 2 years ago. I had everything I thought I wanted, with a lovely family, a successful business that I had taken over; however, things were not going as I wanted and my solution was to work harder. I then discovered a completely different way of living and operating. As an accredited member of the Academy of Life Planning and the Proctor Gallagher Institute, I now help business owners and professionals who want to take back control too, which opens up all sorts of new exciting possibilities.

The Katalyst Coach

Maye next year I will invest in my business. Maybe next year I will spend more time with my family. Maybe next year I will delegate tasks to give me more time to focus on the tasks I excel at. The Katalyst Coach was formed to help professionals to act now. There is never a perfect time. As a qualified Financial Planner, Life Planner, and Mindset Coach, I provided access to numerous programs, that individuals can apply for.
