It’s finally spring, and for many of us, that means enjoying longer days and warmer temps. But if you run a small business that peaks in the summer months, then relaxing is likely the last thing on your mind. Instead, the dawn of spring signals the need for seasonal prep, allowing you to enter the summer upswing with your best foot forward. How you define “prep”  can vary based on the type of business you run, but generally, the following steps can help you build a solid foundation for the season.
