Huntington Bank Tops J.D. Power Small Business Customer Satisfaction Rankings In Region

For the second year in a row, small business owners ranked Huntington Bank highest in overall customer satisfaction in the Midwest region, according to the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study(SM). Huntington tops the list for the third time in the last four years and also received the highest ranking in the region for products and fees, convenience and channel activities. "This recognition reaffirms our commitment to looking out for people – in this case our small business customers," said Andy Harmening, consumer and business banking director at Huntington.
