Palm Beach family funding new trail at Science Center

The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium has announced a $1.1 million, five-acre expansion project, the Fisher Family Science Trail. A ribbon cutting will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday at the site, 4801 Dreher Trail, West Palm Beach. Richard Bock will facilitate a book discussion at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday of “The Man Who Created The Middle East” by Christopher Simon Sykes at the Dixon Education Building of The Society of Four Arts.The author’s biography of his grandfather Sir Mark Sykes, signatory to the 1916 Sykes-Picot Agreement reassesses his life and work.
